What is the difference between a Life coach and a Transitional life coach? A Life coach focuses on the future, near and far, whereas a transitional life coach helps you focus on the here and now. Do you find your self in a position of change, either because you are choosing to change something or because you are having change forced upon you?
Some examples of life transitions are:
Times of uncertainty can bring on anxiety, stress, confidence and emotional issues as well as feelings of hopelessness.
A life transition coach can help you look at your situation from a new perspective, they can help you re-write the script of your life by helping you focus on what could be and help you take the steps to get there.
Life transition coaching can help you develop a personalised plan for success by helping you establish clear goals and priorities. A life transition coach will make sure you stay motivated and accountable and teach you new skills and knowledge to ensure you achieve your goals.
Taking control of the situation will take away some of the fear of the transition and will leave you feeling empowered.
The first session, called the coach-client fit evaluation is a complimentary 15-30 minute meeting for us to establish if I am the right coach for you. It will give you the opportunity to outline your current situation and for us to discuss the different course options I have on offer without you having to commit to anything.
Please contact me for more information on course options and pricing.
