I am a qualified Life coach and have attained an advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I am passionate about helping and bringing out the best in people.

I specialise in Teen coaching and Adult Life Transition Coaching.

Sometimes it is important to stop and take stock of where we are and how we are doing and then take the necessary steps to the life we aspire to lead. I believe that with the right help and guidance we can achieve anything we want to. We can all bring out the best version of ourselves.

I offer various coaching packages as I do not believe one fit suits all. I tailor the programmes to the individual client needs.
